At the Refectory Kitchen & Terrace, we celebrate the best ingredients from York and the surrounding countryside to produce traditional British classics.

Choose from dishes such as Yorkshire panzanella (our take on the Italian classic with local ingredients), Game and port pie with rosemary mashed potato, and Beef featherblade, truffle mash, heritage carrots, cavolo nero, followed by Spiced carrot and ginger beer pudding with vanilla ice cream and ginger syrup, and Pressed baked apple with elderberry sorbet, hazelnut oat crumble, lemon curd and blackberries.

Just next to York Station, guests can choose to dine in the modern, light-flooded dining room or on the outdoor terrace.
