At the One AA Rosette Refectory Kitchen & Terrace, we celebrate the best ingredients from York and the surrounding countryside to produce traditional British classics.
Choose from dishes such as Yorkshire panzanella (our take on the Italian classic with local ingredients), Pork belly with celeriac, carrot and ginger purée, pickled cabbage and crackling, or Monkfish tail with root vegetable fricassee, Yorkshire pancetta and wilted kale, followed by Warm chocolate and hazelnut brownie with chocolate crumble, blood orange sorbet, and Honey and clotted cream crème brûlée with poached rhubarb and pistachio ice cream.
Just next to York Station, guests can choose to dine in the modern, light-flooded dining room or on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant has also received the AA Breakfast Award.
On Mother's Day we'll be serving our traditional Sunday Lunch - mums will receive a gift and a complimentary glass of Prosecco.
