Our new restaurant and bar draws inspiration from the eclectic food culture and bold flavours of Australasia and Asia-Pacific, while looking closer to home for the best of seasonal Welsh produce. Executive Chef Martyn Watkins’ all-day dining menu features small plates to share, while our bar team have created a cocktail list of twisted classics featuring Welsh gin and vodka.

Join us for afternoon tea every day, prepared by our pastry team. Start with sandwiches, then enjoy homemade scones with jam and clotted cream, finishing with a selection of cakes and pastries.
