De Vere Bus Enjoyed by HBAA’s Annual Forum GuestsJuly 07, 2017
Delegates at the HBAA Annual Forum pre-event dinner, which took place on 5 July 2017 at The Principal Manchester, forewent taxis and public transport as they made their way to the event, instead travelling aboard the brand new De Vere bus.
The bus is owned by The Principal Hotel Company, which comprises the Principal and De Vere brands which together have over 35 landmark properties throughout the UK from countryside retreats to landmark city centre hotels. It was provided as a fun enhancement to the event, meaning that delegates could easily travel together across the city without having to coordinate multiple transport options.
The bus is available to hire as a part of meetings and events packages booked with Principal and De Vere properties, and over the summer will be visiting some of the company’s key customers with news of the new look De Vere portfolio.
Recently seeing an extensive £25 million refurbishment, The Principal Manchester has been sensitively transformed into one of the north of England’s most striking hotels. Just across the road from Manchester’s Oxford Road station, ten minutes from Manchester Piccadilly (the city’s main train station), and with 17 transformed conference, meeting and private dining rooms, the hotel is the ideal choice amongst meeting and event delegates.
