One of the home counties Hertfordshire originally came into its own through its commercial ingenuity that served to fuel London's growth, but today Hertfordshire is better known for its flagship garden cities, cathedrals and country houses - and more recently its connection to the Harry Potter film franchise.

Setting aside its claims to fame, Hertfordshire has a great deal to offer in terms of attractions, things to do and points of interests and has something that should appeal to the most discerning of visitors, whether you're visiting family or looking for something to do over the weekend or at night.
